  Super satisfied!! Began our fireplace "conversion" from traditional to gas with another vendor. Once we contacted Glowing Embers, everything and everyone was far better. The phone staff, the reps, the installers, all courteous, good communication and clearly capable. Very pleased with our insert, the personnel involved and the price.   Joe Will and his team are nothing short of amazing. Two years ago, they installed a gas fireplace in our home, and it has truly transformed our space. The fireplace not only gives off incredible heat but has also become our (and our pets:)) favorite part of the house during this time of year. The cozy ambiance it creates is unmatched—Joe and his team made the entire process seamless, from their expert advice during the selection process to the precise and professional installation.   We bought our insert in 2022 and purchased one of the more expensive units. They came and installed quickly and efficiently. It heats our entire house just as we had hoped, especially becausewe lose power quite a bit so we stay warm all winter. We love it and it was worth it!

  We recently had a Lopi gas fireplace installed by Glowing Embers. Words cannot describe how impressed we were throughout the entire process! We had looked around at different places for a while, but never found the one that sold us on what we wanted. From the moment we stepped foot into the store to look at our options, we knew that we found the right business. It was such a pleasant experience and every individual we interacted with was positive and made us feel more comfortable at making the choice to purchase an insert from them. I loved how transparent they were with the pricing and what each part would cost us. For someone who likes to know where I’m spending money, this was critical because I knew exactly what I was paying for. The process was quick (purchased to installed in just 10 days) and the install was superior! They answered every question we had and made us so comfortable with how to operate the unit before the left.
