  Glover Enterprises sent 2 technicians to fix my electric awning. They were on time, here for 2 hours and fixed a 5 year old awning that they did Not install. Fair price and amazing service!

  My first experience with this company was in 2005 with the purchase of a wood burning stove. It was easy and they did the cleaning for many years. So, when we built a new home in 2018, we turned to them again. They are able to sell you just about anything you want, so we ended up buying a beautiful modern-design fireplace. Well, it IS attractive, but it is not as functional as you would hope. Starting the fire is easy, but you have to place the logs in vertically. The firebox is small and when you go to add logs, ash and coals often fall out, especially if you are making a third or fourth addition during an evening-long fire. I believe Glover should have warned us of this fact. So, when I complained I was only told that the product had been discontinued. All this after spending nearly $9,000 for the stove, parts and installation. The installers were great an on time for their appointment. But otherwise customer service has been poor and I would not recommend them. I gave them three stars instead of one because our 2005 experience was great.

  Customer service was amazing honestly some of the best we have ever seen. We came in to learn and weigh options without knowing a whole lot about the different options such as wood burning insert stoves, pellet stoves, gas insert stoves and more. Ken spent at least 45 zero-pressure minutes educating us on every option, answering our many questions, giving us advice on our existing system and giving us connections to help repair our existing system if we choose to go that route. We'll probably make a decision in the coming days if we go with a new system now or later, we're 100% going to get it through him. Highly recommend! They also have wood pellets spas and more.

  4 years ago we purchased a Jotul gas log stove from another dealer in another town. Installation did not go well and scheduling with them was horrible. We stumbled onto Glover Enterprises doing a search because no way were we going back to that other store. We were putting in a wood stove in our garage and needed piping etc. Not only were they knowledgeable in what we needed but helped us figure out exactly what we had to do. Now this year they have not only serviced our Jotul but also replaced our logs.Excellent service! By the way, the other store told us that Glover was going out of business! Highly doubtful as they are going strong after 46 years! Highly recommend them.
