I have an older model gas fireplace insert and wanted to add a remote control function to it. I called Glick and they were able to research my specific model and confirm it was possible to operate it with a remote. I was pleasantly surprised that they stocked the item and I was able to pick it up the same day. Additionally, they told me to give them a call if I had any problems. Outstanding customer service!!!! These guys are great.
