Have had Glenco out for two inspections in recent years with each being a great experience. Given their solid reputation, it takes roughly a month to schedule an inspection, but that is not a problem for something like an annual or bi-annual event. We did have one issue with our head fireplace insert after the last visit, but Glenco has between extremely responsive by ensuring that the issue gets resolved quickly. Highly recommended.
