While he and his employees are very sweet, they are very unreliable. Took a month to get an appointment and that’s after they just didn’t show up to one they scheduled. I rearranged my entire day to accommodate and they didn’t show. They finally come, again very nice) and service one fireplace (thankfully) and ordered doors for the other one. I paid in full $1000.00. That was over 14 months ago. I have text them, tried calling (mailbox full) and nothing. It’s shocking that in such a small town they are still getting business. Shame because they are really nice guys.

Mario and Carlos are the best in the business. They showed up on time, were very professional and diagnosed the problem immediately. I was very happy with their service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. It took three calls to get them to come measure my fireplace for a screen. The guy came, late, and said he'd have quotes for me by the end of the day. I never heard from them again, even after three more messages. I even gave them an out and asked them to let me know if they couldn't do the job. Still nothing. Is this even a business?!

The customer service is not good. Getting an appointment is difficult and even then, I've had to call them back several times as the "repair" they did still doesn't work.
