Terrible, don’t trust them! We had a fireplace installed last year, used it 4 times and because the logs were installed incorrectly the whole thing burned up- could have caught our house in fire. Now no one will call us back or fix it- extremely poor service. Just a few photos after repairs completed- not only have we been 3 years with a fireplace we can’t use because it is unsafe- the contractor Tommy Eaton who was recommended by this company has completely ghosted us and all we want now is for This $15000 piece of junk ti be removed and for us to get a refund! UPDATE- now the company is blaming US for their recommendation, crummy installation etc! WOW!!

I called today with questions about my fireplace gas line in my wood burning fireplace and Jeff was super helpful! Even though I didn’t end up needing anything from the store he was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to answer my questions and point me in the right direction! Incredible customer service and all around nice fella!

We just purchased an electric fireplace here. Patrick, who helped us both times we came in, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The other staff members were friendly also. They have a large selection of patio furniture and accessories also, so we will certainly be back for that!
