On somewhat short notice, I have transitioned from a chronically unsatisfactory propane supplier (a well-known national supplier of propane) to G&B. This involved removing a 500 gallon tank owned by the previous supplier, and installing a new tank, which I purchased from G&B and had installed with the support of G&B. G&B has shown me at every step that they are interested in HAVING and KEEPING me as a customer. I have consistently been treated very respectfully and with great courtesy by all six of the G&B employees with whom I have transacted. A special thanks to Melissa, the lady that answers the phone, for her professionalism, patience and positivity, and to Roy, who will be servicing my route! Worth noting, I didn't miss a single hot shower through the process of depleting and removing my existing tank, and procuring, installing, connecting, testing and filling the NEW tank, even though my residence is a 41 minute drive from G&B!

G&B Energy offers great service and wide variety of products for your propane needs. They have a nice showroom of there products that you can see in person. Purchased a set of gas logs in which G&B Energy installed, love it. A good company!

We had our propane fireplace cleaned and serviced. I was impressed at how knowledgeable the technician was. Our fireplace was very smelly (unusable) before the technician came. After he left, the fireplace can be used! The technician arrived right before he was scheduled to come; he was friendly and professional. I would recommend this company.

Thank you G and B for your prompt and supportive response. My parents had previously been with another company that moved and you helped change the service for my 87 yr old father. You are always sure he is never out of gas and keep me informed on price changes or anything that needs to be known. Thank you for the smiles that can be heard on the phone.
