Please let customers know almost $500 will be taken from their bank account when delivery is scheduled. Was not like this last year, we've always been charged after delivery was made. Also, I called about the delivery I ordered last week to find out today that deliveries are scheduled a week in advance so we are not due for delivery for a few more days. Please communicate better with customers and be upfront. I feel bad for families who may not have a cushion to sustain a week of $500 being gone.

G and B energy technicians Jacob and Caitlin serviced our gas logs today. They were able to get fan working again and went above and beyond to clean and make sure our logs were working properly. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. Great job!

I purchased a Kamado Joe grill from G&B in Weaverville. It was located at another store, so it took a while to get it, but Brian and his team did an outstanding job of delivering it with nary a scratch. He stayed with the job and came through…I'd recommend them.
