We called Rick at Gas House after meeting with a dealer closer to our home. Rick was knowledgeable of the product we wanted and got it ordered and in for us quickly. His pricing was MUCH better than the local dealer. We had it installed by Mayo Gas and it is working and looks beautiful! Highly recommend working with Rick and Gas House!

This seems like a great business but they will unfortunately not follow through. We went into the store and planned a date for someone to come look at our house to install a heater. No one showed up that week, then I called the next week and they said someone would come by midweek. No one came, so I called again and they said they would have someone come before Christmas. It would be better to just say that you are too busy rather than making plans and not sticking to them. We were able to get a heater ordered and fully installed by Admiral Propane in much less time.

I called last Friday (5th). The person I spoke to said someone would be out the next day (Saturday) and if not, some time during the week (last week). No one showed up. I understand they are busy, but don’t make false promises.

Customer service is the worst! Most of the time they don't answer the phone. To schedule a service call is near impossible! In the last 2 weeks, I've called twice and they said they'd call me back for an appointment, but didn't. The last call, I was told their services techs were too busy with new construction installs in the area and don't have time for residential, but could MAYBE come after hours or a Saturday. In other words, if you're an existing residential customer, bought your gas stove there, you must find someone else to service it, which is what I did!
