Couldn't be happier. Gagnon helped give our fireplace a stunning makeover. We ran into a bit of a design issue on the day of installation and Nate + Adam were quick to resolve it. We installed a new gas unit and ordered all the stone through Gagnon. We also used the mason they recommended and were so, so happy with the end result.

I had a very positive experience with Gagnon. I was looking to install a new gas insert and reface my fireplace. The first company I looked to was not responding to my needs so out of desperation, I turned to Gagnon and am so glad I did. Everyone that I dealt with, from the sales/office staff to the crew doing the insert installation, was attentive to my needs, professional and a joy to work with. While Gagnon doesn't do the masonry work, they provided me with a list of masons they work with. The mason I chose, Taylor Anderson, is a true professional. I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my new fireplace and would highly recommend both Gagnon and Taylor Anderson .

The professionals we worked with were all wonderful. We had an in home consult who provided answers to my endless questions and during our visit at Gagnon, we were able to see so many options and left with a great understanding of the costs and time involved in the installation. The installers were thorough and had the whole thing done in about 6 hours. Goose and his team cleaned up, showed me (repeatedly) how to use the remote and what to expect. Lovely experience all the way around! The new unit also was about 20% less than I had expected - happy.

Easy to reach there from WI-172 to WI-32, proceed southbound and take any turn to Ashland Ave Access Rd. Receiving docks for vans are located on the eastern side of the building. Fast unloading and friendly staff there! Respect!!!
