Brad and the Fyrepro people were extremely courteous and professional in assisting us with the selection and purchase of our fireplace redo. They walked us through the entire process and took care of all the details, like obtaining city permits and installation. They were very timely though the process and were very accessible to answer any questions we had Jorge and his crew did a beautiful job on installing the stone facade around the new unit.

We have used FyrePro to service our two gas fireplaces yearly, for the last 11 years. Super polite technicians always leave our house clean, and our fireplaces coming right on. They clean all of the miller moths out, and clean the glass front. The flame and embers are adjusted to get a beautiful flame. An ethical business that provides exactly what they say they will. See you next year!
