Future Energy installed two gas fireplaces for me and the process from start to finish could not have gone better. The pricing was up front and honest, the work was completed on time and our fireplaces work great. Very friendly and knowledgeable and I highly recommend.

Future Energy did a remarkable job cleaning my fireplace last month. I moved into a new house where it was never cleaned and now it works like brand new! I got tips on how to clean it myself as well. I will definitely be bringing them back for routine cleanings of my fireplace.

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend We had a very frustrating experience with this company. During the installation of our gas log set, the installer failed to include the ember material that was supposed to come with it. When we called to ask about this, the owner unhelpfully—and somewhat rudely—accused us of losing them ourselves, which was both surprising and unprofessional. More importantly, we specifically asked if the vent-free logs would cause condensation on our windows. We were assured that it wouldn’t be a problem. Unfortunately, this turned out to be completely false. The condensation has been so severe that it's damaging our window sills. When we reached out again for help, their only advice was to open windows in the winter—while we’re trying to heat the home with the logs. That’s neither practical nor a real solution. We’re very disappointed with both the product guidance and the customer service we received. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a company that stands behind their work and gives honest, helpful advice.

This company SUCKS. They are unprofessional, rude and are not open during the hours they advertise. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

We bought a Lopi wood stove from Future Energy and have been very satisfied with the product and Future Energy. They’ve been there for us for every question and concern. They’ve also upheld the one warranty issue we’ve had with an excessive fan noise. Our experience with Woody and Brian has been good and we will do business with them again, if the need arises.
