  Frost and Flame from sales to installation were amazing. Buying and setting up my new pellet stove was seamless. I was pointed to the right stove for my home right away. They kept in touch on installation and got me set up weeks before I anticipated which I appreciated because I wasn't getting enough heat from the heat pumps in my new home. The guys that installed the stove were exceptional. They checked in with me several times to confirm they were setting it how it would work best for me and the installation was clean and professional. Those guys are worth their weight in gold. My house is warm for the first time since I moved in a month ago. I'm so please. Thank you!

  The folks at Frost & Flame are always 5 star. Over the years, we have purchased everything from a 28 foot dia. above ground pool down to seasonal servicing a Frost & Flame Extraordinaire gas fired fire place. Moving into a new home called for another trip to the store. This time it was for an insert unit for the fireplace. We picked the Jotul C550 V2 Rockland. The unit arrived and was prescheduled for an immediate install. The two man service techs were supper professional, considerate and careful. That evening, we had our first fire. The quality of the cast iron fit and finish is awesome. The efficiency of the unit was evident even with the first fire. Built like a tank and burns wood down to a fluffy dust. It gets every BTU out of what you burn. Looking forward to many fall / winter evenings with the warmth and watching dancing flames of our new Jotul.

  For me, the experience at Frost & Flame was ideal: there were lots of stoves on display, and I could spend as long on each one as I wanted--opening and closing the doors, measuring the size, reading the printed materials, and imagining living with the stove. Friendly experts were there, too, happy to answer questions or just leave me alone. A big, stoic, friendly dog noticed me when I came in; allowed me to scratch his head, reminding me that being warm and comfortable was the goal of my visit. When the 600-pound soap stone stove was delivered, it was placed precisely where I wanted it--and has been heating the house much, much better than the old one did. Can't beat that!

  A tricky repair of our gas fireplace insert (inconsistent pilot) was completed thanks to the diligence and expertise of the Frost & Flame crew ... Bryan in particular took great pains to solve the problem and get the unit back in operation. Given the busy season, it was all done with attention to detail and apologies for any delays. Pleased to have F&F nearby and attentive to our needs.
