  Not only were they friendly, but they were fast! I placed an order for a pallet last minute and they were able to squeeze me in for a same day delivery. The wood came neatly stacked and wrapped on a pallet so I was able to tuck it away in my yard just the way it came. Thank you!

  Very easy! I ordered the full pallet through the website, got an email with a delivery window for the next day, and the wood arrived on time and was carefully placed in my garage. Just lit some of it up for the first time tonight and it seems to be burning nicely, better than the stuff in the little yellow bags at Lowes.
