Disappointing Customer Service Experience I’ve been a loyal customer for over five years, regularly purchasing pellets from this company. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order two weeks ago and was told I’d receive a follow-up call with a delivery date, that call never came. Meanwhile, a friend who ordered the same week had his pellets delivered within days. When I called to ask for an update, the staff couldn’t provide a delivery date and said it might take another 7–10 days. That delay was unacceptable, so I requested a refund only to be told I’d be charged a $50 credit card fee, even though I never received the product. There was no apology or effort from management to resolve the issue. Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider doing business here again. I wouldn’t recommend this company

Ice cream is delicious. Sandwiches were on the most beautiful homemade bread. We enjoyed this stop very much. Even the iced coffee was spot on!

Highly recommend Fredericksons Farm! My father in law has a pellet stove from them and when we bought our new house that has a wood fireplace, he told us to go see them! We went even though we weren’t quite ready to dive in, they answered all our questions which sealed the deal. From the sales person at the stove to, Rebecca who handles all the paperwork and schedule, to Alex who came out to inspected before the install and all the way to the final install, I will say all went so very smooth. Not only was it a seamless transaction, they were the kindest and most patient company I have ever dealt with, Alex and his crewman also made sure to be very careful around the area of the fireplace as the tiling was brand new. For the timeframe of the project, was great even with the holidays and for the cold cold weather to arrive. Thank you everyone that helped us in the process. You deserve more than 5 stars!
