  We hired Four Seasons Chimney & Roofing for a full rebuild of our 1928 chimney as well as the installation of a new roof (prior roof was 20+ years and partial prior roof was 7 years old). We decided to complete the work due to some stress cracking and leaks on the third floor. From the start, Four Seasons was top-notch in professionalism, communication, knowledge, and pricing. Garrett met with us on-site to discuss the scope and thoroughly inspect the home; he provided his recommendations with concrete feedback (no vague "sell" statements), he delivered a formal scope of work / estimate within 2-weeks. Upon contacting multiple contractors for estimates, their pricing was more than fair and competitive for this large project. Upon accepting the proposal, they noted a project date of September. Come end of August, their team contacted us with the proposed project date. They informed us of dumpster arrivals, chimney work, and roof work. All detailed out and according to plan. There was no having to ask, babysit, etc. with the Four Seasons team. We even received text updates about scheduling! Garrett's chimney team arrived, completed a very tidy demo, and the chimney rebuild in 3-4 days. The Four Seasons team is subdivided by speciality (we saw) and they truly care about the specific work that they are doing. They were kind and patient in my sourcing and re-sourcing of bricks with the desire to match the original chimney / historical look. They even installed the "Santa S" (as we call it) with care. The roof team arrived on their heels, completing demo and installation in 1 day! It is hard to find contractors who follow through on their timelines and leave a job site impeccably clean. We couldn't have been happier. The entire crew was very friendly and did fantastic work! I work in the design industry and am very particular about how work is completed on my home.   Absolutely made the BEST decision EVER by hiring this company! They had been at my neighbors house when I asked for a quote- as we had just started having a water issue and ruled out it being from plumbing. Joe, the owner came over, looked into the attic and got up on the roof and confirmed it was the chimney. He took the time to educate me on everything (I had a lot of questions) and sent a quote. I decided to get a few more quotes- just to price things out. Joe was the best price around AND because we were having a water issue he came after his jobs one night to wrap our chimney with a tarp to stop/lessen the water damage inside. Well, today his crew came they worked so hard taking down and rebuilding our chimney. In addition to being hardworking they were also personable and knowledgeable. Joe popped by and checked on the job as well. Absolutely hire this company- you will not be disappointed! He is the ultimate business man- knowledgeable, personable, and trustworthy!   We had an overall very positive experience working with Justin and his crew at Four Seasons. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, responsive and professional. They sourced a Stuv stove for us, inserted a new liner and rebuilt the top of our chimney. Highly recommend.
