I ordered propane last week knowing that weather was coming in. Gas logs is my only source of heat. Normally the trucks are here the same day to fill it up. It's Tuesday and down to about 10 gallons and the lady tells me it won't be today because they're out on urgent calls. What is more urgent than when its your only source of heat and I'm retired. I called at 7 yesterday morning and was told they would let dispatch know. My road is clear and driveway is clear also. I've been a customer for years and have always had high praise for your business. The uncaring response that I received this morning was unreal. I'm sitting here about to freeze because I cut the logs off so that it won't run the tank dry. I'm remodeling so I guess my pipes will freeze without heat. I guess that's the gratitude I get from being a good paying customer and buying a tank full every month from October until April. The reputation you use to have is null and void with me. You evidently don't know the meaning of urgent.

Alex and Amy on 221 are both always professional and courteous and go the extra mile, providing excellent customer service. Hunter answers my many questions after the sale. My logs were installed a year and a half ago. I recommend them to friends and family. I am not a paid spokesman, and I am not kin to anyone who works for Fosters. Just a satisfied consumer. I highly recommend the device attached to my tank that notifies them when I need propane. At 82 years old, I don't have to worry about running out of propane.

Used them for all gas related issues from being my provider to installing new gas stove and new gas heater and moving the tank further from house. Always on time and all crews took time to answer questions and give great training on operating new devices.

I am very surprised, I was advised by Dale he would help me on pricing of my HeatStar wall heater after I paid in full format and discounted labor, I figured I owe a bit more but surprisingly, I had a small credit to my account which was better than owning more. THANK YOU ,EVERYONE that had part in this job project from office crew to field labors. To even Dale at 29 office sales.

Be very wary.. They tried to deceive me under the guise of "code" I pulled up the actual code and showed them.. The studdering began.. and he quickly left. Beware.
