    Had my 4 yr old gas fireplace insert serviced that was installed by Arnold fireplace (of which is now longer in business). I have to give compliments when it's rarely due and this is 1 of few Im very happy to make. Forshaw clearly has very good quality service guys! The Hispanic gentleman was Top Notch! Definitely is an asset to Forshaw!

    If price is primary in your purchase decision, don't come here. If a large selection of very high quality merchandise with assistance from knowledgeable people, don't go anywhere else. We've purchased two gas log sets (and had them install) and a stainless steel natural gas grill. Couldn't be more satisfied!

    The reason we keep going back to Forshaw for our fireplace maintenance is because of Chrissie/Christy (I hope I'm getting this name right). Whenever I've called the last few times, she's the person that has followed up to schedule our appts. She is always thorough and helpful and goes above and beyond to try to help me troubleshoot the issue on my own. In a world where great customer service is lacking, it is so refreshing to deal with someone who gets how to work with people. She's great to work with and I highly recommend Forshaw because of how they treat people.

    Do not waste your time or money! Their management, sales accolades and even the owner are incompetent and unruly. I spent almost $7,000 on patio, only to learn that it was damaged either during shipping or as the gentlemen loaded it on to the trailer. After bribing it to their attention, their remedy was not to honor the warranty, but to offer me a piece of furniture that had been sitting outside on asphalt in the hot summer weather for the entire season. I obviously declined this ridiculous offer and asked the manager if she were in my shoes, would she accept this offer? Her silence answered for her! There are plenty other furniture stores in St Louis that offer the same or better quality furniture, who have a moral compass and fair business acumen. I will never shop here again and will continue to share my terrible experience so that nobody else has to endure this same treatment. Try harder Forshaw!
