We went to this store with my son . and daughter-in-law Sunday. They were having a big sale and patio furniture was in the parking lot. We looked around for about 15 minutes before a sales lady (Tammy) came out. My daughter-in-law showed her what we were looking at and found out only certain sets were on sale but were not marked accordingly. She asked for all their information before going in to get them pricing on the two sets they liked. She then said that it was going to take her at least 20 minutes to put together a quote ( a quote? what about pricing) . she recommended letting her email it to them instead which they agreed. Tuesday afternoon i called the store manager (Cary) and explained what happened and she apologized and asked how to make it right and offered an additional 20% off. I told her to call my daughter-in-law if she wanted to try to salvage. Instead she had someone named Shannon email a price on one set and not all the pieces and at the wrong prices. I emailed back that it was embarrassing and to have Cary call me and finally today she called me with an attitude. when i asked how she could send a quote out like that after all we went through she tried to tell me that 30% off plus an additional 20% is the same as 50%. Pretty sorry manager, wonder if the owner knows what these employees are doing for their business! This store will not be in business much longer treating customers the way we were treated. Don't waste your time shopping here, its not worth the stress for prices higher than most in St Louis.

I'm not the best at purchasing the right decor and furniture pieces when it comes to my home, but I came into Summer Classics and the staff guided me towards what I was looking for, even though I didn't have the right words for what I had envisioned. They were very patient with me. Now, I have a few beautiful SC pieces at my home and I'm a bit more educated in the decor scene. Watch out, Martha Stewart. By the way, the quality is great. Sturdy and feels like it would last a lifetime. You won't find this quality at your typical stores. Thanks.

Went out to this store, to get some new outdoor patio furniture with my wife. We found some stuff we liked, we were told it was on sale, i asked our sales woman to draw up a quote, and to my shock she claimed she need a full day to put together a quote for a sofa and 2 chairs. 48 hours later heard nothing from them. Would not recommend wasting your time with this place.

We found an awesome outdoor furniture set here, but unfortunately it got locked up in the port of LA and wasn’t on the original shipping container. The staff here, including our sales person Jim, worked to get us fixed up. I definitely appreciate that they did their best to solve our issue although it was largely outside of their control.

From our initial visit to the store, to the placement of our Hanamint patio furniture on our deck, the service was top-notch. We appreciate the expertise by sales rep Shannon. Now all we need is beautiful spring weather!
