Taylor was wonderful helping us choose the log set for our fireplace. The installer was courteous and explained how the installation works (it has an electric ignition) and how to control the height of the flame. FlamePro also sold us the firebox when we were building our new home. We couldn't be happier with the overall package! I would recommend FlamePro to anyone who is looking to install, upgrade, or choose gas logs for a fireplace.

We had a great experience with Mike and the folks at FlamePro. We added a fireplace to a room that previously did not have one. Mike was there every step of the way - from picking out the right unit, to getting the proper permits, to framing the fireplace, coordinating with our cabinetry guy, choosing marble and installing it, and helping us with questions after it was up and running.
