As a contractor ideal with many different supply houses. I would have to say Teckla is amazing to deal with she sent over all the info and Quotes right over via email she ordered everything I needed there was one small little mark from shipping and she helped me get that all taken of she went out of her way for sure would highly recommend making your next big purchase with her sold me a nice 70inch with cool wall and its amazing thank you for all you have done .

Had a fan in my fireplace go out and needed it replaced. It was quite difficult to find someone to do the job, but they did a great job on replacing it for me. Communication was great all the way through the job, will use them again for sure.

We were working with Tekla on a new fireplace. We had the home visit and we’re set to go but we had a few questions! We asked if she was in the office the next day and she assured us she would. We got there no Tekla, only person there had no idea where she was! He wrote down our questions and placed on her desk with a note to call. Two weeks passed and we went to another company and got great service, install and we are very happy!

Highly recommend going elsewhere. Customer service is awful, they never returned phone calls, I always had to call back hours later. When I was finally able to set up a consult at our house, I called the morning of to ensure they were coming, at that time I was told that they canceled my appointment. They never called me or gave me any warning that they canceled my appointment ,they were just going to no call no-show. Very disappointed.

I am extremely pleased with my wonderful new gas fireplace. I had a very unique project as I needed an install in a tiny house and they went out of their way to help me out. I'm so pleased with how it all turned out. It is a gorgeous heater and the install was beautifully done. So very pleased!
