  It's been over 3 months since we've ordered the fireplace and we're still waiting for the log set. When calling them, they say that they're with a customer and will call us back but then never do. Many other retailers have the log set in stock, so there's no excuse for the delay, nor ignoring a customer. *Update: Soon after posting this review, the manager called us and apologized for the delay and for not calling us back as promised. He said that he wasn't aware that we wanted the fireplace finished in a timely manner (why wouldn't we?) and that he would try to expedite the log set delivery. They finally installed the log set today and they provided a discount from the final payment as compensation. I updated this review and the rating to reflect their work in completing the job.

  So happy we found Taylor's Hearth and Lesiure. Working with Brian was so easy and he was so patient in answering all my questions. His workers are neat and professional and I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is. I highly recommend!

  They are excellent from top to bottom. They communicate well, did a great job with install and follow up on our gas fireplace. Very impressed and would highly recommend using them. The day we signed the contract they said "this is a partnership". They have really lived up to that. Recommend without hesitation

  Disappointed with the service I'm afraid. Had a easy time picking out and purchasing a fireplace but after installation we have had a series of problems. I know that may not be unexpected sometimes but the response has been very poor. No call-backs. Missed timelines for repair. And terrible communication about whats happening, why the problems remain, and how to fix them. These are not inexpensive pieces of equipment and the service should be commensurate with the cost. It has not been. I would caution people using this service. It seems like others have had good experiences from the reviews so perhaps this is a one off. Not sure.

Any concerns, if any, will be addressed promptly. They're a family owned business; very dependable and trustworthy.
