This is an upscale patio and fireplace company that has excellent furnishings and fireplaces with exterior kitchens as well. Tons of options and very knowledgeable. Their follow-up was great and all product received as expected. Just installed the logs, looks great!

Will not order from them again. Ordered 4 patio chairs. When they didn’t arrive in the estimated time I started calling & stopping in to check on them and was told each time that they were “just shipped today”. The chairs finally arrived....took 12 weeks to get. I wanted to order 2 more chairs, but didn’t want to order through them, so I ordered them online. I received them in 19 days (& they were cheaper). I could have saved over $300 and 9 weeks.

Ordered a Woodard fire pit, very happy with the quality and the look of it. It was delivered to me and placed where I wanted it, which made the process much less stressful for me. I have bought many things over the years and am always treated so kindly from the staff.
