I had a great experience from my first visit to the showroom to when my Grand Canyon gas log set was installed. Everybody I worked with was very professional, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service. I didn’t know what I wanted and they worked with me to figure out exactly what I needed and then sent somebody out to make sure that it would be a perfect fit. If you’re thinking about getting fireplace logs or an insert, I highly recommend that you pay them a visit.

Nick was great!! Worked hard to figure out an elusive, what we think, was a loose wiring issue. He did a great job of cleaning it up and making sure it was running properly so it works great now, it starts right up, and is much quieter than it used to be. I’m very very pleased with his work and definitely will use his service again.

Levin was on time, expert at cleaning up the gas fireplace and getting the pilot set properly, and he gave us great advice about our options to upgrade the grate and install a remote control. We couldn’t be more pleased with the job he did, and we were impressed with how the company kept up informed and updated on the schedule for the work.

Nick did a fantastic job, the fireplace works better than ever… we had no idea it had a blower or that there was a more thermodynamic way to arrange the logs for better air flow? Clearly the idiot who arranged them last (me) was not a Fireplace professional. He painted the inside so it looks like new and dusted out years of debris and spiders…eew. Anyway, thank you Nick, my wife loves it …the fireplace tune up was money well spent.😀🔥
