  We decided to use Fireside when they showed us a lot more options than the other fireplace companies. We went with the custom fit inside look, that way it wouldn’t have the oversized frame. Installation went great. They were always on time & communicated well. After a few days of using it, we asked them to come out for a few tweaks & adjustments. No problem. Charles took care of what we needed & answered any questions along with providing advice for future needs.

  Eric just came out and fixed our fireplace that was no longer lighting. He quickly troubleshooted the problem and fixed it, he also went above and beyond by painting the interior of the fireplace making it look brand new. This was all done at no additional cost. Would highly recommend this company

  We had a great experience with Fireside Home Solutions. From the time we walked in to the showroom to the time Chip Hite came to our house and measured our fireplace opening everything was seamless. chip had great ideas and told us what he thought what would work and what wouldn't and he was right. 3 weeks later 3 young men came and installed the unit and though they ran in to some unforeseen issues, they stuck with it and we were not charged. it was an overall pleasant experience. We would highly recommend this company.

  Fireside sent out an estimator who measured my existing opening, took pictures and then gave me an estimate for a new gas insert that he said would work. Unfortunately, a month later when it arrived the installers said it wouldn't fit because of safety clearance requirements. They had already removed my old unit before telling me so I was kind of stuck. Not to mention that Fireside requires a 75% down payment when ordering, so with that I was really stuck. The only solutions were, enlarge the opening to meet the clearance requirements or get a smaller insert. This was very frustrating because it caught me by surprise and Fireside was only offering the smaller insert option. They would not enlarge the opening. I had to enlarge the opening myself to get the insert installed. In the end Fireside made it right and gave me some money off. I had to ask for it though. They weren't going to freely offer anything. My advice, just be careful and make sure your unit will fit before ordering and giving them 75% down. The estimator is not always right and its on you when he's wrong. The installers are awesome and do very good work!

  Greg was great gave me what I feel is realistic ideas on our fireplace and some options. Definitely knows his stuff and the company did right by me.
