  We had a phenomenal experience with Fireplace Solutions! We scheduled a service call to have a technician come explain a new fireplace we had installed and to inspect a few things. Not only did they get us scheduled right away, but the technician called us before he arrived, he was prompt, within the window quoted, and was incredibly friendly. Chad our technician was knowledgeable, kind, and so personable. My daughters loved watching him work and asking him questions! It truly could not have been a better experience.

  When I first visited the showroom I met with Dustin and I was impressed. He seemed knowledgeable and easy to work with. When I placed an order my contract was passed on to Kevin who has a horrible personality and is extremely difficult to work with. He made me feel that I was bothering him every time I called him. There was no communication from their end about scheduling or delays. Once you put a down payment you are at their mercy. Please find a different vendor for your fireplaces or do not have Kevin involved in your project. Update: The fireplace was finally installed but it’s emitting carbon and making the clear glass turn black (this fire place is not supposed to do that). It’s obviously an issue with the installation. It’s been over two months we cannot get anyone to come take a look at it. We are unable to use the fireplace. Hoping the company will resolve this issue soon.

  Appointment was made almost 3 months out. No reminder call until 15 min ahead. Tech comes because our fireplace isn’t putting out much heat and we wanted it checked to see what is preventing it from doing so. He turns it on, says it’s working fine, and leaves. 10 min visit costs us $275 for absolutely nothing. He didn’t check any components and said that’s what it does. When I called to follow up and understand what happened/why, no one returned my call. So disappointed with this company and the lack of service provided.

  Highly recommended! We had Chad out to check out our new gas fireplace. He called us to give us a heads up when he was close and showed up on time. We were worried about the fireplace surround tiles heating up and possibly damaging the mantle and TV above. He ran the unit for a while and assured us the temperatures were safe. We asked about whether a blower could be added to help move heat out into the room and 25 minutes later, it was installed and working beautifully! Very professional service.
