I received excellent recommendations, a quality product, and excellent customer service. We hardly used our fireplace before and now we use it almost daily. The staff there was willing to work with us, especially Jim who was tremendous. He gave us great recommendations and suggestions. Our fireplace stone surround is very updated and beautiful! Will certainly use them in the future if we have the need.

Quality of work was fine but value for the price I paid was not worth it. I paid $250 for the guy to clean the screen and turn on a switch. Not worth the money. I’ll look around for another service provider next time. Instead of coming out, they could have helped me find the switch on a phone call to try before the visit. My mistake. I won’t make it again.

I had issues with my outdoor fireplace on deck not igniting. I called Fireside Hearth & Home and set up an appointment within a few days. The professional tech and assistant came out and troubleshooted the issue. Within 20 minutes they were able to determine problem without having to purchase any parts. Thanks to you, we can enjoy having a nice, warm fire on our deck again!

We had Fireside service our Heatilator gas fireplace in October, 2020. The technician arrived promptly, reignited the pilot and thoroughly cleaned and serviced the unit, putting it in good working order. The technician advised that we would probably need to replace the pilot assembly shortly and accordingly got our approval to order the necessary part. We never received any follow-up, however, concerning the pilot assembly order or a schedule for its installation. Our November 23 e-mail to Fireside inquiring as to the status of the pilot assembly order was not answered.
