  My wife and I had a great experience in using Fireside Hearth & Leisure of Petoskey. Felicia was really great on educating us on using Gas logs and what our options were in selecting the logs, control, and size of the logs. They sent an estimator to our house to look at our existing fireplace and size that we needed. The installation guys were great with one of the installers having over 10 years of experience doing installs. When they finished there was no mess for us to clean up. They explained the control and use of the gas logs that were installed. Thanks Fireside for the great project from start to finish! Jim and Janet Chambers

  My sister and I were looking for a good fireplace insert , we shopped around and knew the minute we talked with Felicia at Fireside Hearth & Leisure in Petoskey we were in good hands. Felicia was so knowledgeable about their products and took time to explain the Evergreen insert and the installation process. I cant say enough good things about this company. Felicia had her crew come to Good Hart immediately, measure my fireplace, got the unit ordered and installed quickly. Everyone from Felicia to her crews were top notch professionals. Nice to know you can buy American made and get such exceptional service nowadays. I highly recommend this business. Best part is the Evergreen insert did just what they promised, great heat from this insert, only wish I had this installed sooner. Thank you Felicia and crew!

  We had an outstanding experience with Fireside in Petoskey, thanks especially to Felicia. While building our home, we encountered an unexpected issue with our original fireplace plans and needed to make a quick change. That challenge ended up leading us to Fireside, and we’re so glad it did. Felicia’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help stood out from the start. She and her team worked within our budget, guided us through our options, and were even able to fit us into their schedule despite it being their busy season. The installation team was just as impressive—professional, efficient, and attentive to detail. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Felicia and the installation crew, as well as the quality of the fireplace unit itself. Highly recommend!

  Great experience. We checked out Fireside a few weeks ago looking for a gas stove. Their showroom is amazing, true interior designer worthy - Felicia has great taste! Felicia and Randy were so knowledgeable and helpful. We picked out a stove and less than two weeks later we have it installed. Talk about great service. Installation crews were super polite and lovely to chat with, they showed us how to operate everything before they took off. Thank you guys for our beautiful stove!

  We bought a hot tub from the Petoskey location. Sales staff were knowledgeable and helped us pick the right tub for our needs. Even better was the professionalism of the install process. Staff came to our house to check out where the tub was going since it needed to go on a second story deck area. No problem, efficient install, and they took the old tub away. Highly recommended.
