Cindy, the manager, was excellent and patient in helping me select the stone hearth, mantel, and screen for our fireplace. While the new construction of the house was in build mode, at the appropriate time, Fireside installed the fireplace mechanism for my propane fireplace. The technicians who put in the mechanism gave great advice about how to duct work to the roof … to my General Contractor. Then, Cindy ordered the stone and mantel. It took a while for the mantel/stone to come: no fault of Fireside. When the stone finally came it was cracked and chipped in several places. Cindy quickly reordered. It took only one week to come and was installed THAT week. It looks magnificent!!! Jay and Sean were such professional installers: careful about the material handling and gracious to me. I love the finished fireplace! Thank you Fireside for a delightful outcome!!! A+++
