There is a horrible knocking noise that comes from their fireplaces. Multiple techs and managers came to try to reduce the knocking noise. Such a horrible experience, do not trust them. Mungo Homes uses them for their fireplaces, beware.

This business has a lovely showroom, and their sales people are knowledgeable. Prices appear to be competitive. However, the product they sell-- what you see is not what you get. We had a brand new Heat&Glo installed in 2023. After firing it up, we found the fire to be too tiny and were looking at dying embers. We called them and they sent out a tech. He did his best, but the fire did not change. The company said there was nothing they could do. So here we are, with an expensive fireplace that looks like what you see in the picture. At least we have the TV above to show us what a real fire looks like. We would not recommend using this company, as we did not get what we paid for or what we saw in the showroom.
