Fireside came out to replace my fireplace control valve. The customer service was good, and technician Rodney did a good job of explaining and fixing everything. My only "negative" comment: it takes a while to get scheduled, probably due to their work load.

I was told they installed my gas fireplace on my home. We had a water leak during heavy rain with water dripping down the flue in the attic. Attempted to have a service call and the first time they sent a tech out to inspect the system (who informed me he can't assess for water leaks, luckily he called me before coming). I had to call back and rescheduled another appointment (with a 4 hour window). They no-showed, it's raining again, and I got a voicemail at their office line so I'm calling a roofer.

Paid $750.00 to perform basic service and replace valve- Fireplace would then turn off on it’s own. I called to schedule this be remedied as soon as possible—-and would take over 2 weeks to get back to me. The service tech DID troubleshoot over the phone and was very nice -BUT that was only after I asked to speak to a manager - appears the service tech did not wire correctly.. as this is a possible fire hazard. This IS a fireplace. He will try to get out before 2 weeks but cannot guarantee. Not his fault but how the company operates . There are only 2 serve people for TRI Cities and Knoxville They used to perform reliable service at reasonable prices . They have been purchased by a company out of NC since I used them last time😞

I don’t know if these guys are legit or not. My gas fireplace won’t come on and my neighbors told me they this company installed the fireplace when it was built. I called to schedule service and their representative said I had to validate they did the installation or they don’t do the work. I asked how I can do that and she said I have to remove the fronts and find the serial number . I said so I basically have to take it apart to prove it. She hung up on me. I would never recommend a company that is so rude to people who are having a problem and unwilling to stand behind their work.
