  Dan spent quite some time helping us pick out a proper insert to convert our old wood fireplace to gas ( no more cutting, storing wood ) fireplace. Curt and his team did a excellent job of installation very friendly and professional. Second project with Fireside, highly recommend

  We have worked Bill on a few different things over the years. First was a fireplace build out, then patio furniture and most recently another round of patio furniture. The last round of patio furniture was 10 YEARS after our last dealings with and after we had moved to Montana. Bill still remembered us 10 years later. Everything we have worked with them on has been amazing and I can't say enough good about these guys. The last round of patio furniture was a pain not due at all to Fireside or Bill but rather the manufacturer. In the end Bill got it figured out for us and he went way above and beyond to accomplish it!

  The staff are very attentive and helpful. The products are nice. Just be careful what you purchase. Caveat emptor and do extensive research on a major life purchase such as this. We bought a 14-hour Vermont Castings woodstove in October, and the average burn time before reloading is only 4 hours. We burn 24 hours a day, so reloading that often is a major bummer. We wished we would have known this stove was not what it claimed.

  We had are old wood fire place removed and a pioneer 3 fireplace put in as replacement. We worked with Dan and he did great. From the start I new Dan and team were going to do great it was a big project with numerous obstacles since it’s a older house and limited options. He was accommodating every step of the way. Appreciate the work from fireside and will work with again in the future.

  We purchased our Heat N Glow fireplace from Fireside several years ago. Each year we've scheduled a fall maintenance call to clean/maintain for safe winter use. Each year has become more difficult to get a return call or schedule a maintenance date. This year they could not come out until January as I was told they're down to one technician. Our CO detector was going off, so when they came in January, we were told one of the glass clips had come loose. They performed the required maintenance work; however, within a couple of days, the CO detector was going off again. Apparently, the glass clips keeps coming loose. I was informed their one tech was out for a couple weeks due to a family emergency & upon his return they were already behind with 30 other calls. I called this week to see when we could expect a visit to address the ongoing problem. No return call yet this week. I had to call another company to address the problem-and pay AGAIN. Very disappointed in Fireside after this many years of doing business with them.
