We recently had our fireplace serviced by Fireside Hearth and Home. Our technician was Trenton. We thought we had an issue with our fan but turns out, it was fine. Trenton’s level of customer service and professionalism was top notch. Very much a teacher who patiently answered all of my questions as well as provided education on safety and functionality of our unit. I had previously not had experience with Fireside but this visit was exceptional! You don’t get high quality service often these days and you certainly remember and share the experience when you do! He was very professional, pleasant and you could tell he cared about the service he was giving us as customers.
