I have a fire fireplace from this company and it’s has a rattle from day one and the guy will not come out and fix it. He said it doesn’t stand behind his products so I’m calling corporate to find out what I can do about this problem. This is not right he should’ve fixed this.

It was hard to find the right insert for our century old fireplace. Fireside helped us with the wonderful Quadrafire Grand Voyager fireplace insert. It fits, looks awesome, and provides lots of heat. Fireside provided quick, neat, professional installation. Friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't ask for better.

We have a very large existing opening on our fireplace and it looks silly when the insert is small. Another Heat n' Glow dealer wouldn't even quote the larger size for us as it would be too difficult to install. Fireside came out, measured and took on the challenge. It fits perfectly and they were fantastic to work with. A great family run business!!

Excellent experience. I installed a wood burning stove in my home and I needed everything to pipe it out through the roof. I had no idea what I all needed so I called Fireside. They asked me how I planned to do it, and they knew exactly what I needed. When I arrived at Fireside they had everything ready. They also were able to answer any questions I had. After I finished installing their product I had nothing left over, nor did I need anything else. It was perfect. This review is 4 years after the fact, and everything is still running perfectly. I give them 5 stars on customer service, knowledge, and a great product. I will purchase from them again and recommend anyone looking for a wood burning stove or a fireplace to give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.
