Fireside installed our wood burning fireplace yesterday. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and focused. It is now a focal point of our family room. The craftsmanship is impeccable. We had an old wood manufactured fireplace when we bought the house, went to several fireplace stores, said you’d have to take the old fireplace out and install new gas fireplace. When we walked into the their shop Marty laughed and said you don’t have to do all that, just install an insert that fits in existing fireplace. They did great and it looks awesome. We had problem with a part in the fireplace from manufacturer but they fixed it. Service guy very friendly. We are very happy with our purchase. Thank you

Beware. I'm on my 2nd fan blower for the wood stove and now the replacement seems to be making horrible noises as well, had the wood burner for only under 2 years. Was told the fan costs over 400 plus dollars to replace and you wonder if the 3rd replacement low quality fan is worth it, will it go out on you yet again even if you spend the money. I used the wood burner only on real cold days and had the fan on low blow settings, failed me when I needed it most. Overall low quality produced products from here. Was about to load more wood in the video I made here with the fan noise present.

Great experience dealing with this company. We are very satisfied with our new gas fireplace. The work was done when promised. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional. The install was completed in February of 2024.

Do not use this company!!!! We purchased and had a fireplace installed 2 years ago. We had birds in it 4 months later and rain coming down my walls where they installed the pipe. They came out to fix it. We still have rain dripping down my walls. Pay more money and go to Northwest in Valpo.
