Buyer beware I bought a set of glass doors for our fireplace that was installed by our builder and had a regular fire with the door partially closed and then one of the doors exploded. Customer service said they won’t do anything because they didn’t install a simple door, which has nothing to do with the door has to do with manufacturing.

Travis was our technician and we absolutely loved him! He was on time, polite and did not give up when our “fireplace issue” wasn’t readily apparent. He kept at it until he corrected the issue. He serviced, cleaned, painted and put ember in our grate. Seriously, our fireplace looks brand new. Recommend. Recommend. Recommend.

Fireside's technician Brian was great. We had a problem with the fan in our new fireplace. Although a simple fix, he performed the most comprehensive, in-depth inspection I have ever seen. He found two additional issues, one of which was a relatively deep scratch/gouge in the glass cover. He has ordered a replacement. His knowledge of fireplaces, attention to detail, and most importantly, focus on safety is truly the industry standard.

I was having such an issue finding a local company to service my Heat & Glo fireplace, until I found Fireside Hearth & Home out of Duncan. My technician Travis P was wonderful, called ahead of time, showed up when he said, explained everything to me, answered all my questions and was a very polite, nice guy. Very happy with this service!!

just called the company in order to get a quote for a fireplace conversion from wood burning to gas. The lady answering the phone straight up said that they can’t help us because they didn’t install the fireplace, no further questions etc. So customer service right from the get go is questionable. I wonder how this company can stay in business if they don’t install/service fireplaces that they didn’t install. That’s not the idea I got from visiting the corp website, which leaves you with the impression that their franchise/product partners sell/install and service fireplaces, also different brands. Anyhow, let this just be a heads up. FYI:the house we just bought, and the fireplace is original to the house full brick/60y.
