  I contacted the West Hollywood Fireside BBQ & Appliance location as part of my appliance research and spoke with Josh, who came highly recommended by a contractor friend with years of experience working with Fireside. They were quick to respond, clear in their communication, and very helpful over the phone. I had also been pricing out appliances through Universal and Pacific Sales, and Fireside was very competitive while offering a noticeably more personal and attentive approach. Between how responsive Josh was and the strong referral from someone who has consistently used them on professional projects, I’m confident this is the right place to go for appliances. It’s reassuring to work with a team that clearly values long-term relationships and service.

  I had such a great experience at Fireside BBQ and Appliance. I was looking for a range and Abri was incredibly helpful in assisting me. He was informed about all the appliances and provided me with a lot to think about before making my decision. Other staff members were pleasant and helpful as well. I ended up purchasing my range and dishwasher from Fireside BBQ! Delivery was done within a week and the installer, Carlos, was professional and extremely helpful in showing me how to operate both appliances! I like supporting family-owned or small businesses because customer service is typically better and staff are more informed. At least this was the case with Fireside BBQ & Appliance! Thank you!

  Fireside exceeded all our expectations. We’ve had zero luck with the various grills we’ve purchased over the years and most of the chain BBQ stores are reluctant to help specifically to our needs. We found fireside through google and took a chance in visiting one of their locations and were pleasantly surprised at how helpful they were in selecting the right grill and then went above and beyond in installation. I can’t recommend their store, their knowledge and products enough.

  Very nice during the sales process and not at all helpful after that. We bought a new washer and dryer almost 2 months ago. Installer mis-measured which created a lot of drama and the dryer has never worked right. We are still waiting for service or a replacement. Escalating to a manager didn't help at all. Very disappointing. Response to "Owner" response. This is the correct business - I worked with Arbi in West Hollywood and Jennaro in the Valley. I would like a name and number of a higher escalation person who might be able to help.

  I walked into Fireside BBQ, and Josh was very helpful with helping me purchase the right refrigerator for my gym. He’s very knowledgeable, experienced, and made shopping for my appliance way easier than it would be at any other department store. I highly recommend Fireside BBQ & appliances to anyone looking for a similar experience.
