Jamie took the time to explain what was being done and when to get our fireplace serviced moving forward. Chase diligently ensured every part was working properly, serviceable and clean.   My technician, Jamie, arrived promptly and I was notified of his arrival prior to his arrival time. He was professional and polite as he worked on my fireplace to get it clean and working again. He clearly explained how to use the remote and answered all of my questions. A great experience and I will use this company again for my gas fireplace needs.

  As a first time customer with Gas Fireplace Service of Stafford, Jamie serviced our fireplace which had never been serviced in 26 years since our home was built. He did a fantastic job and was knowledgeable, professional & personable. He cleaned & repaired the fireplace to like new condition plus added a fan blower at our request. This company made the process from making the appointment to servicing our fireplace an easy task. Furthermore, I was able to schedule the next maintenance at the time of this visit. It was a great experience and plan to continue to use this company for future service.

  Excellent service and communication. I was sent a reminder several days before service, confirmed appointment day before and was updated when in route. The tech was professional and very polite.
