We wanted to upgrade our old, sad, wood fireplace and convert to natural gas. We went to their showroom (so impressive) and spoke to Steve. He explained the whole process to us & we selected to logs & insert we wanted. After that Ron came to our house. He was great. He inspected our fireplace & gave us a great estimate. We cannot say enough good things about the installers who came. They worked quickly & were so clean! I am so thrilled with our new fireplace. I would recommend Fireplaces Plus to anyone!

I have to give a “Shout Out” to Keith at Fireplaces Plus. He came to my house to service my fireplace and he was meticulous! My fireplaces is working great. I had just changed the batteries on my smoke alarms and they kept beeping. Keith came to my rescue and checked all the batteries until he found the faulty one. He went above and beyond and I am so appreciative of him!

They were able to schedule a cap replacement asap They were on time, friendly, reasonably priced and efficient. But of the utmost importance and unrelated to the fireplace repair, they happened to notice some serious deck damage and they took the time to point it out to me. Forever grateful for their kindness.
