Highly disappointed with this service. Was told that they can't get a new damper for or fix the current damper on my fireplace, which is not true. I was also told by this service that they only install gas and wood burning inserts that cost between $2,000-$8,000 and if I want to make my fireplace alone burn wood again that I would have to hire a mason to rebuild the whole chimney. I spoke with another fireplace repair company that says they can fix my current damper and get a new damper for my fireplace and if I had known that this service only installs inserts, then I would not have had them do an estimate. Waste of time and money.

We had three different service people from other companies look at our propane fireplace, two of which said it was not set up for propane but natural gas, and needed a conversion kit. We had the technician from Fireplaces N Fixins come out to measure for the new unit and found the fireplace was already converted and just needed cleaned out to operate!! What a huge relief. Very highly recommend this company!

A technician, named Michael, serviced my gas fireplace this morning. He vacuumed it out, corrected the configuration of the ceramic logs, and cleaned the glass. It looks like new! He was very polite and respectful.

The gentleman was very kind and patient. Took the time to show my wife and I what to do with the existing gas log insert in our house that we just moved into. Helped us find a new gas stove for our finished basement and answered all of our questions. Was very knowledgeable.
