Terry is an amazing asset to your company. He walked my mother-in-law step by step on how to get the pilot lit (even through an issue with the module), and we got our fireplace going. We spent weeks calling around asking for help to no avail, including with the manufacturer. But once we got in touch with y'all and Terry, we got the information we needed, and now we're set for the winter. He was incredibly patient, thorough, and knowledgeable and was kind enough to not charge us. Highly recommend this company for assistance with fireplace needs! Thank you again, Terry!

When my fireplace glass exploded I called Terry for help. Not only was he able to recognize my 40 year old fireplace, he also had the glass available from different retrofits he had done over the years. Even though he could have charged me a lot of money because these panes are no longer available he gave me two panes for only $20. Great guy and very knowledgeable.
