Christopher was very knowledgeable of product choices and expertly and patiently sorted through the best options for our fireplace. He was honest and actually advised against overbuying based on our setup. He was on time for the install, very respectful of out home and left a spotless worksite. We moved into our home one year ago with non-working bar refrigerators (indoor and outdoor) and a non working ice machine. Cornell had the upscale brands we wanted and installed them fast. He also recommended gas logs for our indoor fireplace and we now have a fire at the click of a switch...enjoying this so much now that it's getting cold. Also, my husband just bought an outdoor patio heater today:) Highly recommend!

The staff at FIREPlACEandBBQ'S Store in Southlake were very helpful & knowledgeable & they answered all of my questions. The owner, Cornell was very helpful & his installation was quick and very professional. Plus he did everything he said & even more. Our fireplace has now become the focal point in our family room with the addition of RealFyre gas logs from Fireplace & BBQ's I would personally recommend the folks at Fireplace & BBQ's

Christopher is amazing to work with! He's knowledgeable, and he welcomed all my questions and answered them completely. The process of buying and installing was clear, quick, and easy. I am very happy and highly recommend this place! When I drove up, it looked like a loading dock or warehouse, but when I walked in, Christopher was welcoming and had lots of fireplace displays to show me.
