My 25 yr old fireplace was badly in need of a tuneup. Weber came and quickly & efficiently cleaned the logs. (He was able to come the next day after I called). He cleaned the pilot light. In addition to being incredibly neat about the cleaning, he checked all the battery voltages and made sure the remote was functioning correctly. Would recommend this business.

Had an appointment with Andrew to come to my home, we communicated back for and I ended up changing my evening plans so he could quote me a new fireplace. He completely blew me off, no response to text or phone call. Thoroughly disappointed.

My 17 year old gas fireplace wasn't working so I called Fireplace United and talked to Al. He booked me an appointment right away. Weber, their technician came on time, fixed it correctly the first time and was a very professional representative for this company. We are beyond happy with our experience today. So much so that my wife and I are thinking of adding another fireplace at our house now... I'd give 6 stars I'd I could.
