The Fireplace Supply Company should be on everyone's first stop shop. Brad was instrumental in answering our questions and making our decision on which pellet stove we wanted. From letting us know what would take place for the installation and how everything would look. The installers were very clean and professional. They went through every aspect of the Pellet Stove with me including how to clean it properly. I would not waste my time going anywhere else.

I am honestly mystified by all of the 5 star reviews. I recently moved here from VA and walked in off the street to gather information on the installation of an electric fireplace. The gentleman was busy with another couple who was purchasing a pellet stove. He flat out told me that I would never be able to find a contractor to install it (presumably due to Covid-19) and suggested I go to Rent-A-Center. And no, I'm not joking. He basically ran me out of the store. Sooo, I went to That Fireplace Store in Ocean View DE (they were wonderful!) and bought a Napoleon Alluravision. Shockingly, I was able to find a contractor and an electrician quite easily to install it and I am now enjoying my beautiful fireplace! Thanks Fireplace Supply Company!

We are so glad we found Fireplace Supply Co. We had a glass pane crack on our 20+ years gas insert. The manufacturer gave us a list of dealers for our Regency. Fireplace Supply worked to get the part, set a time for service and Chris came to our house as scheduled. Chris is definitely skilled to service/repair Gas inserts. Everyone I talked with at the company was polite and helpful. Great customer service and a joy to have polite employees. Highly recommend. Thanks!!
