We had a fan added to our fireplace, which was new a few years ago on a new build. We also had a service of the unit. Connor was very professional. He answered any questions I had. I also appreciated how he cleaned up when he was finished, since the next day was Thanksgiving. Very pleased with Connor and the service we received.

Love our gas insert! Got it a few years ago. When I called to have it serviced, the team got right back to me and scheduled a call. Connor came out and explained all the adjustments he made , and how to keep it maintained. He is so skilled and a great communicator. I could even explain it to my husband!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Connor came out today (11/3) to clean and repair our fireplace fan motor, and he was awesome! Super friendly, right on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything, got it all fixed up, and even cleaned up before he left. Our fireplace is running so much better (and quieter!) now. Definitely recommend Connor if you need any fireplace work done — such a great experience!

Usually when you walk into an establishment, there is someone to greet you and help you with your needs. NOT here. Instead they just look at you while seated at their computer desk in the back and expect you to know THEIR job. SOOOO unprofessional. Well I hope you receive this message and realize you lost out on thousands of dollars I was more than willing to spend. I would be embarrassed if I operated this business.
