We called Fireplace Services after discovering that our gas fireplace did not work anymore. The phone calls to diagnose the potential issues and options to resolve were very helpful, and we had no problems working with them to schedule a full replacement - including removing the outdated brass doors, choices of which logs we would like and the color of interior paint they would use. The team was on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up so there was no mess. After discovering an issue with the pilot light after they left, we called and they came back right away to make sure the problem was solved. We have really enjoyed our new fireplace! Highly recommend Kenn, Sandy, and the team.

My 23 year old gas log failed completely and had to have it rebuilt. Kenn and Chad came out and completely rebuilt my fireplace and had it done within 2 hours. These guys are the best. Very professional and personable. They explained to me step by step of everything they were doing and why. And Sandy, who schedules and takes care of that stuff, is wonderful. I really wish I would have taken before and after pics to put on here would have been perfect. Its like having a brand new fireplace. And a fraction of the cost of having a new fireplace put in. I will have these guys out for routine maintenance. If you need any kind of gas log fireplace work done….Kenn and Sandy is who you need to call

The service and attention to detail was amazing! The fireplace unit was replaced and every step in the process was overseen meticulously. They vacuumed and cleaned out the fireplace before installing the new unit. They even painted the entire inside of the fireplace as well as the individual exterior pieces! The fireplace looks brand new!!! If I could give them a 10 out of 10 I would! You could not ask for a better company to attend to all of your fireplace needs! You can’t beat the combination of professionalism, care, years of experience and excellent workmanship. Try them! You will be pleased!
