  What a great store. We were getting a gas log set, grate and fittings, and wanted to see all our options. There are many working fireplaces in the store to demo all the options. Jimmy helped us with great knowledge, didn't rush us, and answered all our questions. We love how our selected logs turned out! Highly recommended!!!

  Just a marvelous employee working there who knew everything about fireplaces, helped me quite a bit. Saved me a bunch of money and recommended some good chimney sweeps, to fix my issues. If you're looking for indoor or outdoor fireplaces or outdoor fire pits, it would be a good idea to start here. Great selection, and brilliant employees.

  During our home renovation, we decided our fireplace needed to be updated from the circa 2000 brass and ceramic logs to better match our updated aesthetic. From a friend's referral, we stopped by the Fireplace & Grill Factory Outlet and met Jimmy. Jimmy is super knowledgeable and knew the exact fireplace we had from his days as an installer. He patiently walked us through cleaning and painting our insert to freshen it up. Then he submitted the order for the new fireplace doors and gave us detailed instructions on reinstalling them. Thank you Jimmy for your help, the result is beautiful and we love it!
