  Can’t say enough good things about the professionalism of this company! Excellent communication- From our first call for service, we were given a tentative date of service. A week in advance we received an email and text to confirm that date. A day or two before our date we were given a service window. The day of service we received a text to let us know they were on the way along with a photo of the technician. Seth arrived on time, took great care to keep our home clean, and was very professional in all of his interactions with us. He answered questions and made recommendations based on our questions. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use this company again!

  Gas Fireplace came out today and troubleshot and fixed our home’s gas fireplace. Seth was very thorough in the repair (incl finding and repairing a gas leak) and answered all my wife’s and my questions. He even thoroughly cleaned the fireplace before he left.   The service was great. The technician was courteous and very efficient. He was able to diagnose the problem and was able to find a replacement part from his shop stock. He returned and replaced the parts. The technician completed the repair and cleaned the fireplace. He was able to complete a full safety check and verified the installation.   I’m very pleased with the service that I received from Gas Fireplace Service of Richmond. I was contacted prior to arrival and Khalil was even early. Khalil was all business and completed my gas log maintenance in a timely manner. He was professional and answered all of my questions. He was extremely focused on his work and made sure everything checked out. I appreciate him not rushing through the job and making sure everything worked properly. I also appreciate him cleaning up and leaving without a mess. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.
