We had a wonderful experience at the Fireplace Gallery. Mike and staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive to help us pick the exact right fireplace door and internal configuration. They came out and double checked all measurements and costs by us at the house and they made sure we understood every part of the install process. The installers were fabulous and went above and beyond (I had forgotten to paint part of the trim and they accommodated a quick touch up) and left everything perfectly clean when they left. We LOVE the new look and functionality! This was the easiest most satisfying of our recent home renovations. No hiccups, no disappointments, just the happiness of a beautiful fireplace on these cold winter days.

Wonderful experience here for our new wood burning fireplace Insert. I had a ton of questions and they were all answered with experience, knowledge, and expertise from Mike. We now have an amazing wood burner that has performed beyond our expectations. From the first set of questions to the end of the install, communication was fantastic. I would 100% recommend Fireplace Gallery to anyone looking for something similar.

Super awesome employee saw us lose our mattress off the top of our car in the road and ran out to help us recover and repack it… such a nice guy! If I ever need a fireplace- this is where I’m coming!
