Inquired about a wood or a pellet stove a few weeks ago. Once I spoke to the owner and explained what I was looking to use it for the owner was at my home the next night after work. Night after that he was installing my stove and fixing a part on my other fireplace. You don’t find people like this, will to go out of their way to help a stranger too often, can’t saw enough nice things about him. Also if you are thinking about buying one at a big box store, please don’t. He also took the time and showed me online why. Great guy, great service, super happy with the model he recommended.

On a Saturday when more people are off from work this place closes at 12:00. At least there's Tractor Supply. I guess at least three more hours would hurt them.

Purchased a wood stove. Called explained to them my situation. New home build. Size, layout and all information was given. They recommended a wood stove and sold me a wood stove that didn’t heat my house. Wasn’t nearly big enough, and didn’t burn for as long as they advertised. Called and explained to them that it wasn’t doing the job.They basically said nothing we can do to help you. Please take your business elsewhere and talk to other businesses who are knowledgeable and are fair.

We replaced our old gas fireplace and are extremely happy with the job . Dan is very meticulous and thorough. Would highly recommend!

Amazing customer service and really took their time explaining what was wrong with our coal stove. They fixed it and it runs like new. Highly recommended. PS-Dan, the owner, is a nice guy to deal with.
